Logging in to Kidola as a parent
Your nursery uses Kidola and you want to follow your child's day. Here is how to get your access, where to log in, and what to do when something goes wrong.
The four steps
Your nursery opens your access
The setting creates your parent account, not Kidola. If you have just enrolled your child, access usually arrives within the following days.
You receive an invitation email
It contains the link to create your account. Do check your spam folder, that is where it hides most often.
You choose your password
From the link in the email, you set your password. Your username is the email address the nursery has on file.
You log in
On the mobile app or from a browser, with the same credentials. Both show the same thing.
If something goes wrong
I haven't received the invitation email
Check your spam folder first and search for “Kidola”. If you find nothing, contact your nursery's management: they can check the address on file and send the invitation again.
I have forgotten my password
Request a password reset from the login screen. If nothing arrives, your nursery's management can send your invitation again.
Can both parents have access?
Yes. Every person the nursery authorises has their own access, with their own email address. The setting opens and removes them.
Does the app cost me anything?
No. Parent access is provided by your nursery as part of its subscription. There is nothing for you to sign up to.
Is my data protected?
Data is hosted in Europe and travels over encrypted connections, in line with the GDPR. Only the people your nursery authorises can see it.
