The data we collect
When you browse our site, we collect anonymised audience measurement data (pages visited, source, device type). When you fill in a form, for example to request a demo, we collect the information you send us: name, email address, phone number, and the name and type of your setting.
When your setting uses the Kidola application, data relating to its activity (children attending, families, attendance, billing) is recorded in the application. That data belongs to your setting: we host and protect it on its behalf.
Why we collect it
Form data is used solely to get back to you and to prepare a relevant conversation (a demo with data close to yours, an offer suited to your setting). Browsing data helps us understand what is useful on the site and improve it.
We never sell your data, we do not rent it and we do not share it with third parties for advertising purposes.
Cookies
The site uses cookies that are strictly necessary for it to work, as well as audience measurement cookies. You can set your browser to refuse them: the site remains fully usable.
Retention period
Data from forms is kept for the duration of our commercial relationship, then deleted. Your setting's application data is kept for as long as your subscription is active, and can be returned or deleted at any time on request, including after termination.
