What is on offer right now
Beyond what is always included, there are the occasions: referrals, trade shows, prize draws and our free tools. They change through the year, and this page is where to find them.
Referrals: a month for you, a month for them
Do you know a setting still wrestling with spreadsheets? Introduce them to Kidola. As soon as their contract is signed, you each get a free month. There is no cap on how many settings you can refer, and the free month unlocks on signature, not on a promise.
Trade shows: three months and a tablet
We exhibit at the Petit 1 trade show, in Lille, Colmar and Toulouse. Settings that sign during the show leave with three free months and a tablet for the team. Enough to start recording the day the following Monday, without buying anything.
Prize draws
We run regular draws on our stands. At the Petit 1 show in Lille, a Cabaïa bag worth 90 € is up for grabs: leave your details, answer a question, and the draw happens on the spot. No purchase required, no demo imposed.
Common questions about the benefits
Is migrating my data really free?
Yes, with no asterisk. You hand us what you have, in whatever state it is in: an export from your old software, a spreadsheet, even a list as a PDF. Our team converts it into the Kidola import format, creates the children's and families' profiles, and you check the result before the switch. Missing data is flagged to you, never invented. How does the referral programme work?
You tell us which setting you would like to refer, along with the person to contact. We reach out on your behalf, and if their contract is signed, you each receive a free month. The month is credited to your current subscription, with nothing to claim. You may refer as many settings as you like.
Can the trade-show offer be combined with a referral?
The terms depend on the show and the period. The simplest thing is to ask during the demo: we will tell you exactly which offers apply to your setting, your country and the date you sign. We would rather give a clear answer than a vague promise.
Is the free website a real website?
Yes: a site in your name and your colours, presenting your setting, your team and your available places, with a pre-registration form connected to Kidola. It updates itself when your information changes in the software, because it reads the same data. Building it is included from the Start plan, detailed on the pricing page.
Do I have to commit for several years?
Commitment terms are set in the quote, based on the size of your setting and the plan you choose. They are put to you in writing before any signature, with no hidden fees. Ask during the demo: it is a question we hear often and answer gladly.
Do these benefits change through the year?
The permanent ones do not move: free migration, free website, updates and support included, a dedicated contact. Trade-show offers and prize draws are by nature time-limited and tied to an event. This page is where we keep them up to date, so do check back before you sign.
