Purpose of the service
Kidola is a management application for early years settings: billing, scheduling, attendance, communication with families and local compliance. Access to the application is subject to a subscription whose terms are set out in the offer sent to each setting.
Access and accounts
Each user accesses Kidola with a personal account whose rights depend on their role (manager, educational team, parent). Credentials are strictly personal: each setting makes sure its users do not share them and tells us without delay about any suspicious use.
Your data belongs to you
The data entered in Kidola by a setting remains its property. It can export that data at any time in a reusable format, free of charge. On termination, the data is returned and then deleted from our systems within the time limits set out in the contract.
Availability and support
We do everything we can to ensure the service is as available as possible, with regular updates included in the subscription. Planned maintenance is carried out outside opening hours as far as possible. Support is included and provided by someone from the Kidola team.
Acceptable use
The service may only be used for lawful purposes, as part of the setting's childcare activity. In particular, it is forbidden to attempt to access other settings' data, to disrupt the operation of the service, or to use shared content (photos in particular) outside the framework set by the setting and the families.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Luxembourg law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought first; failing that, the courts of Luxembourg will have jurisdiction. For any question about these terms, write to us at [email protected].
