The steps of your onboarding
We set up your facility
Contracts, rates, groups, your country's subsidies: Kidola is configured for your local framework before you even start.
We migrate your data
Children, families, contracts, history: you send us what you have, we handle the migration. It's included.
We train each profile
Admin at the desk, team on the tablet: everyone is trained on their part, on the device they actually use.
We stay, afterwards
A dedicated contact follows you after onboarding. A question? Someone picks up, really.
How does the support work, in practice?
It all starts with a 30-minute demo, tailored to your facility and your country. You show how you work today, we show you how Kidola adapts to it. By the end of that conversation, you know exactly what onboarding would involve for you, with a realistic timeline.
The setup, done with you
Before your first day in the tool, your nursery is already configured: template contracts, rate grids, groups and sections, billing rules and your country's subsidies. You don't arrive in an empty piece of software to build yourself: you arrive at home.
Migrating your data, included
You send us what you have, as it is: an export from your old software, an Excel file, even a PDF list. Our team puts it all into the Kidola import format, creates the profiles of children and families in bulk, and you check the result together before the switch. Missing data is flagged, never invented.
Training by profile, by video or on site
Everyone is trained on their part, on the device they actually use. Management and admin see billing, contracts and exports at the desk; the educational team learns check-in, daily updates and photos on the tablet, usually in one session. Training takes place by video or on site depending on your location, and you book your slots directly in our calendars.
And afterwards: a contact who knows you
Support doesn't stop at onboarding. You keep a dedicated contact who knows your facility and its configuration, a full knowledge base, and the ability to book additional training sessions as the team changes. Your feedback goes straight into the product roadmap.
Frequently asked questions
How long does onboarding take?
Most facilities are up and running within a few days. Setup and data migration happen beforehand, with no interruption to your activity.
Is data migration paid for?
No, migration is included: it's part of onboarding. You send us your files, we handle the rest.
Who do I contact with a question?
Your dedicated contact, who knows your facility. No anonymous ticket: one person who follows you from the first call to independence.
Does the field team get separate training?
Yes. The educational team is trained on the tablet, on its everyday gestures: check-in, daily updates, photos. Usually one session is enough.
